V6 and newly launched V8 Submersible pump is the result of R & D effort. We take pride to say that we are the first to get 50 feet head per stage in V6 submersible pump. The pump is having many unique features such as extremely long life, high efficiency, attractive outlook, compact design and above all its economical & trouble free operation due to S.S.304 Grade Non – Magnetic Investment Casting Material. The overall efficiency of our product is more than the IS: 8034 Standards, which is the result of self-involvement and deep interest in design and development in pump technology of Mr. Dhiraj Suvagia. For this achievement we had received “Udyog Bharati Award” recently.

FALCON specialization is more on designing high efficient and high quality submersible pump with excellent pump properties & characteristics. The bowl-impeller set is designed hydraulically to match with each other for the specified flow, head and load so as to achieve the maximum output. We have highly-qualified professionals who keep a tab on the manufacturing process and do not allow any discrepancies in the product. Each Falcon pump set is passed through stringent inspection and testing before it reaches to the valued customer. Above all, a product, which is trouble free and long lasting, is always in demand. Conventional pump industry & its drawback
Pump performance requirements and duties vary considerably in terms of material of construction, design and manufacturing process. In conventional make V6 & V8 bore well submersible pump set the bowl and impellers are made of Cast Iron also other important parts are made of low quality standard material. Also the design of conventional make V6 & V8 bore well submersible pump is hydraulically less optimized and inefficient (Stereo Type Design).

Conventional pump technology has number of drawbacks as far as the performance, characteristic and other important parameters are concerned. Following are the major drawbacks of conventional bore well submersible pump technology:

• The output and the overall efficiency of these pump is very poor and it decreases more as the year goes due to C.I. material and less optimized (Stereotype) hydraulic design.

• C.I. is highly corrosive material so the life of the pump is very short and the performance of the pump reduces drastically as the year goes.

• Due to greater size & length of the pump there is huge loss because of mechanical wear & tear and the pump becomes unusable in short period. These pumps require more maintenance, which in turn increases the operational cost of the pump.

• The maximum head per stage is nearly 30 feet in V6 bore well submersible pump that is very low head capacity.
